Ezekiel and Alaysia first saw each other on a dating app after they both swiped right. It took them a long time after they matched to talk to each other; they were just sitting in each others messages collecting dust until one day Alaysia decided to text Ezekiel, and the rest is history. They went on our first date to First Watch and had brunch. The conversation went so well because they were both interested in learning about each others families and hobbies. They went on a series of dates, watching the stars, getting ice-cream, going to the beach, and watching movies until one day ,May 18, 2021, Ezekiel asked Alaysia to be his girlfriend. One day, on their way to a date Ezekiel said that he had something to say. He told her that he had been praying every night for a woman to come into his life to be a positive influence and help him enjoy life with, and he felt that Alaysia was the answer to his prayers. Alaysia was shocked to hear him say that because she had been praying for the same exact thing before she met him. She asked God for a man that would cherish, care for her unconditionally, would come into her life and be her best friend; she got just that. There is nothing in this world , but God that is responsible for this holy matrimony and we are forever grateful that we were brought together and that on June 25th we will be able to join together in the presence of the Lord and with our closest friends and family.
