When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please submit your RSVP by no later than August 5th so we can finalize seating, catering, and guest counts.

Is there a hotel room block available?

Answer

Yes! We have a reserved room block at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in Bowling Green. Please visit the Travel section of our website for booking information.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally listed on your invitation and RSVP.

Are children invited?

We look forward to celebrating with the children specifically included on family invitations or listed within the RSVP details. If you have any questions about your RSVP, please feel free to reach out to us directly.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, Tayvin Gardens features on-site parking for guests, including wheelchair-accessible parking in front of the venue.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests are encouraged to arrive 30–45 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking and seating.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, followed by an indoor reception, so please dress accordingly for the weather. In the event of rain or inclement weather, we do have an indoor backup plan for the ceremony. We’re praying for beautiful weather and hoping we won’t need to use it!

What should guests wear?

Answer

Dress to celebrate in cocktail attire, while keeping in mind that early September evenings in Tennessee are often warm and humid. Comfortable, breathable attire is encouraged. Don't forget your dancing shoes!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to keep phones and cameras away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present. We promise to share professional photos afterward.

What kind of food will be served?

Guests will enjoy hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a dinner reception.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please note any allergies or dietary restrictions when submitting your RSVP, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Will there be an open bar? Should I bring cash?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar. We’ll be offering complimentary beer, wine, and a selection of cocktails throughout the evening. Cash is not necessary unless you wish to leave an additional tip for the bartender.

Absolutely! We’d love to hear what will get you on the dance floor! Feel free to include song requests with your RSVP.

What if I can no longer attend?

Answer

If you’re no longer able to join us, please let us know right away. We will need to update our seating arrangements, and we truly appreciate your help with this.
