Should I bring a wedding gift?

Answer

The greatest gift to Matt and Alayna is you being here! However, if you are feeling extra generous, please feel free to look at our registry (you can find it in the menu bar above where it says "registry") where you’ll find gifts we like, along with our recommended option to contribute to our Honeymoon fund on our registry which would make things even sweeter! 😃 We will have a card drop box at the wedding or the option of contributing to the cashfund digitally on our Zola registry.

Where do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP right here on the site (https://www.zola.com/wedding/manage/website/pages/rsvp)! Look in the navigation and click "RSVP", type in your first and last name to unlock your RSVP form, and don't forget to chose your meal! You can also mail in your response by sending back the RSVP portion on the wedding invite. Or text / call Alayna if you are unsure. We can't wait to see you!

Directions? Once I get on-site at Bella Collina, where do I go for the ceremony?

Answer

Type the address (15920 County Rd 455, Montverde, FL 34756) into your GPS - Google maps does a great job getting you there! Once you arrive you'll see event signs to guide you. Enter the gates and take your first left (the only left you can take!). Go under the bridge and continue up the road. You will see the beautiful Bella Collina club house on your right hand side (you cant miss it!) Park in the guest parking lot behind the mansion and make your way through the arches, past the fountain to the mirror pool for pre-ceremony champaign.

What time should I arrive at the wedding ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 3:30pm sharp. There is pre-ceremony champagne and music at the mirror pool offered to our guests before the wedding ceremony begins. Enjoy the beautiful views of the property, champagne and a string quartet before the ceremony begins.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

The dress code is Formal / Black Tie Optional : Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Men please wear a suit and tie (option for tux) and ladies please wear a floor length dress or formal cocktail dress! You all will look great!

What other events should I plan on attending the weekend of the wedding?

-Friday night (February 7) ALL GUESTS in town are invited for cocktails for a casual get together at the Grand Bohemian Hotel located in downtown Orlando! We hope to see you all at 5:00pm for happy hour. It's a sophisticated piano bar, with art deco decor and craft cocktails. -Saturday (February 8) is the rehearsal at Bella Collina (12PM - wedding party only) and the rehearsal dinner for the bridal party and family. All other guests please feel free to browse through recommended things to do in the area and get some rest for the big day! -Sunday (February 9) is the wedding! We can’t wait to see you all at Bella Collina (arrive at 3:30pm to enjoy complimentary pre-ceremony Champaign and beautiful views of the venue before the ceremony).

Where do I stay (hotels?)

Answer

Check out the "travel" tab in the navigation for more information. We don't have any room blocks booked in order to give our guests flexibility in where they'd like to stay. If you're coming in earlier in the weekend and want to be a part of other get togethers (welcome happy hour on Friday, rehearsal dinner Saturday, etc.) it may be best to stay downtown as it's closer to those events. If you're only coming for JUST the wedding, I'd recommend staying at the Clermont Home2 Suites location in Clermont FL (only 5-10 minutes from the wedding venue) as it's the closet location to the venue.
