Question

What happens if I do not RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not get an RSVP response by the date provided it will be marked “No”. We will miss you celebrating with us, however we need to provide a total guest count to vendors in a timely manor and cannot accept a late RSVP due to this. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults only event so you can relax and enjoy the evening! Please refer to the specific names on your invitation for who is invited.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list and can unfortunately not accommodate everyone. Please refer to the specific names addressed on your invitation/ RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:30pm. Please plan accordingly or use our shuttle provided from the Holiday Inn (Leave times 3:15 PM and 4:00 PM) to ensure you arrive before it starts.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an “unplugged ceremony” (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give is being fully present as we say “I do”. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you want!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see you dress up with us! We are requesting Semi-formal attire.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes- We will have a bus taking guests from the Holiday Inn to the ceremony and back. The bus will be leaving the Holiday Inn for the ceremony at 3:15 PM and 4:00 PM. The bus will be leaving the venue to head back to the Holiday Inn at 9:30 PM, 10:15 PM, and 11:00 PM.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. The ceremony and reception are both held at The Harper Event Venue and there is parking on site.
