Visiting Denver

While Greg and I will be taking time off leading up to the wedding, we will have limited time to spend with our guests before the big event. If you want to spend time with us, please reach out to us directly. Here are some fun things that you can check out without us.

Brunch!

Thorton, CO 80229

Denver is a huge brunch town! (Not to mention that Greg and I love breakfast!!) There are soooo many great spots to check out but here are a few of our favorites: If you want to stay up north: Snooze - First Watch - The Delectable Egg If you want to go into Denver: Jelly Cafe - Denver Biscuit Co. - Syrup - Sam's No 3 (serves all day breakfast!) - Historians ($12 bottomless Mimosas!!)

RiNo

Denver, CO 80205

River North Art District (RiNo) is one of our favorite places to go for day drinking or a night out! A few of our favorite spots are: First Draft Taproom - Great beer selection on a pour your own wall Lustre Pearl - Great bar atmosphere Owlbear - Amazing first come first serve Barbecue Breweries to check out: EPIC Brewing, Ratio Beerworks, Black shirt Brewing, Our Mutual Friend Brewing

Henry's Tavern

500 16th Street Mall, Denver, CO 80202

Greg and I have spent a lot of time (and money) at Henry's. It started as the go to spot for work outings and after we started dating, we spent even more time there. Located on the 16th Street Mall, you can come for a drink or some food and then check out the shops nearby.

Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre

18300 West Alameda Parkway, Morrison, CO 80465

Red Rocks Amphitheatre is a natural open-air amphitheatre that is built directly into the surrounding rock structure. It is a cool area to check out and get in a little hiking (if you want) or you can check out the line up for that weekend if you want to grab a show.

Pikes Peak

5089 Pikes Peak Highway, Cascade, CO 80809

Located about 2 hours from Denver, Pikes Peak is the highest summit of the southern Front Range of the Rocky Mountains. From the front gate to the top is about a 2-3 hour round trip so this is best as a full day trip. Pikes Peak was one of our first dates and we had a blast! The views are gorgeous and the donuts at the top are a must!

For all the days along the way
