Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you arrive 15-30 minutes before the start of the 5 pm ceremony to take your seat. Please arrive no later than 4:45 pm.

Will there be transportation to the wedding?

Answer

We have booked a bus to transport guests from The Lucine to the venue. The bus will begin loading guests at 4 pm and will make multiple trips until the start of the ceremony. The bus will also shuttle guests home after the party is over!

Is there parking available for the wedding?

Answer

The venue is located near The Strand, which means there is street parking available nearby. However, the venue itself is limited on parking spots. We recommend Ubering or joining us on the bus from The Lucine.

Can I bring a date?

Please refer to your invitation for the names of those invited - we request that only those listed attend. Thank you for your understanding!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Galveston is typically very beautiful in October. Temperatures usually hang around the 70s-80s, but can still get up to the 90s! Dress accordingly! P.S. October is technically still hurricane season in Galveston. If traveling, please stay updated on weather conditions. It is acceptable to use rituals, spells, etc. to ward off a hurricane prior to the event.

What do I need to bring for the beach day?

Answer

We will set up some shade and bring a few chairs. If you live nearby, please bring your own chairs and towels! We will also provide lunch and leftover drinks from the night before, but if you like to sip on something specific by the water, feel free to BYOB!
