While we would love to have kids at the wedding, due to limited seating and space we are encouraging guests to please enjoy an adult night out. Also, if you need recommendations for child care please contact us :)

There will be a shuttle for those who don't want to drive to the wedding location. The easiest way to drive there is to go North on Aleknagik Lake Road. Take a left on Foxville Rd. , then take another left on John Tugatuk Road until you reach the dead end and you have arrived!
No, the area has adequate parking for wedding guests.
Yes, we are providing a shuttle to and from the wedding location. Please use the online RSVP form (or contact us) if you are planning to use the shuttle TO the reception so we can plan ahead for pickups,etc. You will NOT need to let us know ahead of time to use the shuttle from the reception back home or to your hotel, as the shuttle will be running regularly throughout the latter part of the reception. Leaving your car overnight at the venue is an option if you prefer to take the shuttle back home or to your hotel :)
Please plan to arrive and be seated by 4pm.
Semi-formal and traditional attire encouraged but please wear what you want to be comfortable and weather appropriate!
The wedding will go on rain or shine! In the event it rains, please come prepared with a rain coat and or an umbrella as the ceremony will not be shielded from weather. The reception will be in a weatherproof wedding tent.
