How do I RSVP and when do I need to RSVP by?

Please RSVP by February 1st. You can RSVP.... 1) Online at www.terryalannahwedding.rsvpify.com AND OR 2) Mail back the RSVP card that was enclosed with your invitation. *You're probably wondering why we're asking for an RSVP so far in advance of the wedding and the reason is it's necessary for planning purposes due to living in rural Alaska so we can ensure we have everything we need in time for the wedding :)*

While we wish we could invite and welcome everyone, due to limited seating and space please come with only those on the invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we would love to have kids at the wedding, due to limited seating and space we are encouraging guests to please enjoy an adult night out. Also, if you need recommendations for child care please contact us :)

I don't live in Dillingham, what's the best way to get there?

Answer

Please visit the travel page for more details but we suggest using Alaska Air's website (www.alaskaair.com) and if it's problematic you can go directly to our two air carrier's websites as well www.penair.com or www.flyravn.com :) Please don't hesitate to reach out if you need help navigating or figuring out your best flight itinerary to Dillingham. We are so appreciative you would take the time to celebrate with us and want to make it as easy for you to get here as possible!

How do I get to the wedding location ?

Answer

There will be a shuttle for those who don't want to drive to the wedding location. The easiest way to drive there is to go North on Aleknagik Lake Road. Take a left on Foxville Rd. , then take another left on John Tugatuk Road until you reach the dead end and you have arrived!

Will parking be an issue?

Answer

No, the area has adequate parking for wedding guests.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we are providing a shuttle to and from the wedding location. Please use the online RSVP form (or contact us) if you are planning to use the shuttle TO the reception so we can plan ahead for pickups,etc. You will NOT need to let us know ahead of time to use the shuttle from the reception back home or to your hotel, as the shuttle will be running regularly throughout the latter part of the reception. Leaving your car overnight at the venue is an option if you prefer to take the shuttle back home or to your hotel :)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please plan to arrive and be seated by 4pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal and traditional attire encouraged but please wear what you want to be comfortable and weather appropriate!

Should I bring anything in the event it rains?

Answer

The wedding will go on rain or shine! In the event it rains, please come prepared with a rain coat and or an umbrella as the ceremony will not be shielded from weather. The reception will be in a weatherproof wedding tent.
