Our ceremony will be held outdoors, so please dress in attire that is elegant and weather-appropriate. We kindly request Dressy Casual attire—something a step above everyday wear, but not as formal as black tie. •Cocktail dresses, midi/maxi dresses, or dressy jumpsuits •Slacks or chinos with a button-down shirt or sweater •Stylish jackets, shawls, or coats for cooler temps Please avoid: •Jeans or denim •T-shirts, sweatshirts, or athletic wear We can’t wait to see you looking sharp, feeling comfortable, and ready to celebrate!
Yes, we do! For those that wish to bless us with a gift, we would love contributions to our honeymoon fund, however we do have a small list of items if you would prefer to give a traditional gift. Both can be found in the “registry” tab on this website!
We kindly ask that everyone RSVP by September 1st so we can plan accordingly. If we don’t hear from you, we’ll have to assume you’re unable to attend. Your response helps us make sure we have enough seating, meals, and special touches for everyone joining us.
We would love for you to fully enjoy this special moment with us, so we kindly ask that you please keep your electronics put away during our ceremony. We have hired a photographer to capture all the details of our day!
The ceremony will begin at 3pm, we recommend arriving by 2:45pm to allow yourself time to find parking and a seat, but please do not arrive any earlier than 2:30pm.
Beer and wine will be available for purchase through the venue. Please remember to have your ID, the venue will also accept a picture of your ID if you don’t want to carry it with you.
Yes! Our venue’s address is 7415 N Haines Ave Rapid City SD 57701 You can also use the address 7575 N Haines, just keep in mind it will take you to the back of the building, parking is in the front.
Yes! There is plenty of free on site parking.
Our ceremony will take place outside in the grass, while social hour and the reception will take place indoors.
Our ceremony will start at 3pm, followed by social hour and the reception which is anticipated to wrap up around 11pm.
