What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:00pm sharp! Please plan to arrive at the venue around 3:30pm.

Is there transportation to/from the venue?

Answer

Our room block at the Hyatt Regency is right next door to the venue (less than a 5 min walk)! They will be offering golf cart service to and from the venue for those of you who do not wish to walk.

Are children invited?

Though we love your littles ones, this will be an adult only affair!

Should I bring my gift to the venue?

Answer

Due to the travel, we would appreciate any gifts be sent to our home!

I have a food allergy/sensitivity - can the venue accommodate?

Yes! The catering team is happy to accommodate any and all food restrictions. Please reach out to Alanna directly so that they can notify staff.
