Itinerary
For those who like to be in the know:
You will need to drive yourself to St. Peter the Apostle Horseshoe Bay at 3 p.m. If you plan on using our shuttles, (We recommend) then head back to your lodging to wait at either Horseshoe Bay Resort/ La Quinta to be picked up. If you are not staying overnight & plan to drive, head to the venue after mass or by 5 p.m.
4:20- 1st shuttle will pick up at Horseshoe Bay Resort, then to La Quinta, then to the venue.
4:30- 2nd shuttle will pick up at Horseshoe Bay Resort, then to La Quinta, then to the venue.
5:00- Cocktail hour begins outside of venue with horderves. This is an open bar, but please be kind to your bartenders!
6:15- We arrive, then dinner.
7:00- Parent dance, our siblings will say a few words, then Halloween dance party! ;)
8:45- Garter & Bouquet Toss
9:30- 1st bus leaves to hotels
10:00 p.m.- Send-off, then bus # 2 leaves to hotels
10:30- Reception is over & another opportunity to leave to the hotels
