How do I reserve a room at the hotel?

Answer

To reserve a room at the hotel you must go through our website to access our room block. Click the “Accommodations” tab and then click “view.” The hotel has a set number of rooms reserved for us, but this ends September 6th, so reserve your room as soon as you can.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes. We have arranged passenger vans to run from the hotel to the venue (15 min. drive) before the wedding and back again following the reception. When you RSVP, please indicate whether you will be utilizing this service so we can plan accordingly. Although Ubers may be available, they are harder to come by in this area.

What should guests wear?

Answer

The attire is semi-formal, and the wedding is outside. Recommendations: Suits and ties or dinner jacket, dress shirts, and slacks. Knee-length dress, midi dress, maxi dress, cocktail dress, or jumpsuit. Fall hues would be lovely. Think boho vibe. Shoes: sandals, flats, low wedges, or low block heels since the wedding will be in a grassy field.

Is parking available?

Answer

Yes. We will have a parking area set up in the grass. However, it will be limited. If staying at the hotel, please utilize the van transportation service so parking can be utilized by those who need it most.

What time does it start?

Answer

Guests may begin arriving at 4PM. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30PM. Cocktail hour from 5-6PM Toasts, dinner, mingling, and dancing until 10PM

What if I can’t find the venue?

Answer

The address is 575 Indian Lane Boyertown, PA 19512. Your GPS may lead you to enter through Orchard Lane. You will NOT be able to go in this way. Instead, enter on Indian Lane and follow the signs / road all the way up to the top!
