COVID-19 Precautions

The Wedding Website of Al McKusick and Eliza Rose
We cannot wait to celebrate our love with all of you. In this difficult COVID-19 landscape we are trying to create a healthy space for our community to gather. We are excited to celebrate with you in two weeks. We are seeing a rise in COVID cases within our community and want to reiterate our COVID precautions here: Everyone is required to take a rapid test before arriving. So between Friday the 29th-Saturday the 30th. We would prefer that everyone also takes PCR test the week of the wedding (July 25-29th) If you, or someone you had direct contact with, have symptoms or are sick at all, please stay home We will have sanitizer and masks available at the wedding (we are not requiring guests wear masks) Our event will be 100% outside Please email Al if you test positive or have symptoms so that we can keep track of numbers. In creating these boundaries, we hope this will keep our event as safe and enjoyable as possible. Thanks for your cooperation in advance!
Question

Are you requiring a negative Covid test?

Answer

Yes! To keep our immuno-compromised and otherwise vulnerable guests able to attend we have some asks: -we require that all guests test negative on 1 PCR test (the week of the wedding) and also test negative on a rapid test either Friday July 29th or Saturday July 30th -Please do not attend if you have been exposed or are symptomatic.

Question

Vaccinations

Answer

We ask that all guests are vaccinated. Those that are not can mask when they aren't socially distanced.

Question

Kiddos

Answer

We LOVE your kids and we wish we could include them in our day; however, this is an adults only celebration. We will happily make exceptions for kiddos 2 and under.

Question

What about masks?

Answer

We are not requiring masks and we celebrate whatever choice you make for your personal safety. The entire evening will be outside and under a large tent.

Question

What if I accidentally get exposed right before the wedding?

Answer

If you've had known exposure within 5 days of the ceremony, regardless of symptoms, please contact Al ASAP to discuss next steps.

Question

Additional questions?

Answer

Please reach out to us with any other questions or concerns you might have.

For all the days along the way
