What is the dress code?

The dress code is semi-formal / cocktail. We encourage guests to choose attire that feels elegant and comfortable.

We kindly ask that all guests RSVP by May 1, 2026 so we can finalize seating, catering, and other details for the celebration.

Where is the wedding taking place?

Our wedding will be held at Southern Streams Ranch, located at 12720 Lem Simmons St, Thonotosassa, FL 33592.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving at 4pm as stated on the invitation; allowing time for parking, finding your seat, and getting settled before the celebration starts.

Is parking available?

Answer

Yes, free parking is available at the venue.

Is the ceremony or reception outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is scheduled to be outdoors. If there is rain, the event will be moved indoors at the same venue. The reception area has AC and will be a comfortable environment throughout the evening.

While we adore your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration.

May I bring a guest?

Due to space limitations, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

Will there be hotel accommodations nearby?

Answer

Yes, check the 'hotel block' tab on the website. A block of rooms at the Renaissance Tampa International Plaza Hotel has been held on a first come first served basis. The rooms will be held through May 25, 2026, but we recommend that if you are coming from out of town, it is best to secure your room quickly.

Will transportation be provided?

TBD - Right now we are evaluating if we can include a bus from the venue back to the hotel.
