Where should I stay?

Answer

There are two hotel blocks booked for guests, and information can be found under the ‘Travel’ tab on our website. Our wedding falls on several local universities' graduation weekend, so if you haven’t done so already, please be sure to book your accommodations as soon as possible. Feel free to stay anywhere that is the most convenient for you, including outside the city. Please keep travel times in mind, as there will be congestion within and around the city.

Is there parking?

Answer

For the ceremony, there is $15 parking at the Loews Hotel Parking Garage if you mention St. John the Evangelist Church. This is based on availability. There are also several lots and garages within walking distance of the church. For the reception, there is ample, free parking at Pen Ryn estate. Please be sure to park in the Belle Voir Manor lot if you are driving a personal vehicle to the reception.

What is the attire?

Answer

The dress-code for the welcome party is cocktail attire, and the dress-code for the ceremony and reception is black-tie optional.

Are children allowed at the wedding events?

Answer

While we would love to celebrate with everyone on our big day, we are not permitting any children to attend our welcome party, wedding ceremony, or reception. Please make arrangements ahead of time.
