I Do's & Don'ts

Question

May I bring a guest?

Answer

If your invitation was addressed to you alone - or to you and another member of your household - you're welcome to bring a plus-one. If your invitation was addressed to you and your partner, we're expecting just the two of you (and your children, if the invite was extended to your family). We appreciate your understanding as we work within our space and guest limits!

Question

May I bring my children?

Answer

If your invitation was addressed to your entire family, children are absolutely welcome. If not, feel free to reach out to me directly - we're happy to clarify.

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You're already in the right place! Simply scroll up and click the RSVP tab to let us know you're coming.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 13th. If you're unable to attend, we'd still appreciate hearing from you so we can plan accordingly.

Question

What if I miss the RSVP deadline but still want to come?

Answer

We understand that things happen! If it's shortly after the deadline, reach out to our Maid of Honor directly. Depending on the timing, we may still be able to include you.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 2:00 PM. Guests are welcome to arrive starting at 1:00 PM, and we ask that you be seated by 1:45 PM at the latest. If you arrive much earlier than that… you might be handed a decoration to hang or a chair to move. Just saying. 😉

Question

Will the event be livestreamed or available to watch later?

Answer

We’re hoping to have the ceremony recorded, but we’re not yet sure if a livestream will be possible. As soon as we know more, we’ll update this section with the details.

Question

Are you registered? Where can I find it?

Answer

You can scroll up and click the “Registry” tab to contribute to our Newlywed Fund or visit our item registry on Amazon through the provided link. Thank you so much for thinking of us!

Question

Where should I bring or send a gift?

Answer

You're welcome to bring your gift with you to the wedding, or you may send it to the mother of the bride at 2740 12th Street, Baker City, OR, 97814.

Question

What's the dress code?

Answer

Please dress comfortably while keeping the event in mind. Think light, semi-casual, and celebratory - like sundresses, sandals, button-downs, or anything you'd wear to a relaxed outdoor gathering.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. Please plan accordingly for weather and footwear!

Question

Is there parking at the wedding?

Answer

We’re not yet sure if there will be enough on-site parking for everyone. If possible, please consider carpooling with others attending the wedding. We’ll share any updates here as we get closer to the day—thanks for your flexibility!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

No - this will be a dry event. Alcohol will not be served or permitted on the premises. Thank you for respecting this choice.

Question

I have a food allergy. Can I make a special request?

Answer

We won’t be serving a full meal, but there will be light snacks alongside the cake. Gluten-free options will be available. If you have other dietary needs or allergies, we recommend checking out the “Things To Do” tab—we’ve listed some of our favorite local restaurants nearby.

Question

Can I take photos during the wedding?

Answer

Absolutely! Just be sure to share your photos with us before the night ends - we'd love to see the moments you captured.

Question

May I post wedding photos on social media?

Answer

We kindly ask that any photos you share online do not include the bride or groom. You're more than welcome to post pictures of yourself or the scenery!
