We are not registered. Your celebrating with us is a gift. Please, NO gifts. A donation to a cause or charity of your choice would be an honor for us if you care to do something. Some of our favorite charities are Foodlink, Jewish Home of Rochester, Planned Parenthood, Alzheimer's Association.
Please reach out to either of us if there are questions not addressed under the travel heading and we can provide you with other suggestions for lodging in the area depending on activities or sites you would like to explore in the area. Fig Hollow Barn is about 30 minutes outside of Rochester.
What should I wear? Our wedding is an afternoon affair, indoor/outdoor. There are fans but no A/C in the barn, so lighter weight clothing is key. We suggest smart daytime attire. For men, jackets are encouraged, ties are not. Women are invited to wear dresses or slacks and dressy blouses. Think polished, comfortable, and celebratory!
Driving is the only way to get to Fig Hollow, there is parking on the premises and there will be an attendant to direct.
We would suggest getting there at least 15-20 minutes before 12:00 so you can park and find seats. The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception in an airy barn. If it has the nerve to rain, the ceremony will be moved into the barn.
