Can I tour the Huntsville Botanical Gardens?

Answer

YES!!! Please let the front desk know you are with our wedding party and you have FREE access to the gardens!!!!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. Upon entering the gates of the botanical gardens, take the first right and park in this area up the hill to the left.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive around 4:30. Ceremony starts PROMPTLY at 5pm. Entry will be denied after 5pm.

Where is the ceremony held? Reception?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception are being held at the Huntsville Botanical Gardens in the Nichols Arbor 4747 Bob Wallace Avenue
 Huntsville, AL 35805. Please know that the ceremony will be in the Arbor garden just outside the building and the reception is in the Nichols Arbor Building. Please be prepared for the weather. It may be cool in the evening. If raining, the ceremony will be held inside Nichols Arbor.

Will there be dinner served at the reception?

Answer

Alan and Rylee have chosen Mason Dixon Bakery and Bistro to cater the reception. Your Dinner will be a pasta bar, choices include red sauce, creamy Alfredo, Basil pesto, grilled chicken, meatballs, grilled portabello mushrooms, Parmesan cheese, blistered tomatoes, roasted garlic, wilted spinach, bacon, and olives. Two flavors of cake and an assortment of cheesecake will be for dessert.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

A variety of beer and wine will be served. Each person will get two drinks on us, one to toast the happy couple and one to celebrate with their mom and dad. It will be a cash bar after those two. (Alcohol will only be given to those 21 or older) DO NOT bring your own alcohol. We will be fined and potentially kicked out of the venue should outside alcohol be found.

What time does the reception end?

The reception will end promptly at 10pm.

Can I leave my vehicle parked at the Huntsville Botanical Gardens at the end of the evening?

Answer

YES!!! We much rather you be safe and get back to your sleeping location safely! Please know that the Huntsville Botanical Gardens does not open until 11:00 am on Sundays, so you won't be able to get in the front gate until around 11 to pick it up.

Huntsville Botanical Gardens is a smoke free attraction on all property grounds
