Here for more than the weekend?

If you plan on extending your stay, Utah is home to 5 national parks within a 3-5 hour drive south of SLC: Canyonlands, Arches, Zion, Bryce Canyon and Capitol Reef. To the north, you can visit Grand Tetons and Yellowstone. Utah also has a multitude of state parks and national monuments to visit. Keep in mind some National parks such as Arches & Zions require signing up for entry times prior to your visit. Other places to visit that are worth a visit but require a car and more time are: Antelope Island, Bonneville Salt Flats, Park City, Snowbird Resort in Little Cottonwood Canyon and the Alpine Loop Scenic Byway.
