We met in 2018, still very young, and from our very first encounter something special awakened in my heart. Through simple conversations, casual messages, and many comings and goings, our friendship kept growing, even when feelings seemed confusing or needed to be placed before God. Over the years, we experienced seasons of closeness and of waiting. Amid the pandemic, family changes, and many personal journeys, God worked deeply in my heart, teaching me to trust, to mature, and to rest in Him. What was once just a feeling was gradually transformed into purpose. In 2021, after much prayer, we shared our first kiss. In 2022, we understood that it was a time for individual growth, until, with peace in my heart, I chose to say “yes” to a serious relationship. From then on, we walked together in missions, Bible studies, and service to the church. Then came new challenges: distance, different countries, farewells, and postponed reunions. Between Switzerland, the United States, Italy, and Brazil, we learned to surrender our plans to God and trust that He was taking care of every detail. In 2025, that peace was confirmed. And on September 1st, in an unexpected and deeply meaningful way, I was surprised by the proposal that marked the beginning of a new chapter in our story.

We met in 2018, in our first year of high school, at a new school full of discoveries. Our friendship grew little by little, through school projects, long conversations, and simple moments that, without us realizing it, were becoming special. Over the years, even amid different routines, distance, the pandemic, and many challenges, one thing remained constant: a feeling that was quietly maturing. There were comings and goings, seasons of waiting, difficult choices, and decisions guided by faith, always trusting that God was leading each step. In 2021, we finally took the first step. In 2022, we committed to a serious relationship, certain that we wanted to walk together. Then came new challenges: missions, moves to different countries, distance, and fresh beginnings — in Brazil, Italy, and Switzerland — all of which only strengthened what we were building. In 2025, with peaceful hearts and full of gratitude for everything we had lived through, we took another important step: we got engaged. Now, with joy, we invite you to be part of the next chapter of our story, which we will celebrate together on December 22, 2026.
