When booking flights, please look to fly into Florence airport “Amerigo Vespucci”, about 1 hour 15 minutes from the Villa. Once we have everyone’s flight information, we will set up shuttles for you all.
We highly encourage looking for options that will depart Tuesday October 13th, 2026, in the evening in order to be able to make it by Wednesday the 14th. This will be our check-in date at the Villa. Second option we would encourage is booking your flight on Wednesday the 14th as early as possible. We are looking to enjoy time with you all before events begin on Thursday the 15th.
The first event will be our Welcome Party on Thursday October 15th, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. We would love to use this day to show our appreciation for all of our guests. We will have the Villa from October 14th-October 19th.
Room and board will be arranged of by us! As soon as we know who will be attending, we will organize room stays for everyone and let everyone know pricing.
