Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Alana Hoffmann and Madison Palumbo
We're so excited to share some of our favorite places in the area with you! Here's a few of the local spots we hold near and dear to our hearts.

Sparkling Pointe

39750 County Road 48, Southold, NY 11971
, (631) 765-0200

This vineyard will always hold a special place in our hearts. It was the first stop on our way out to Greenport for our first date. It is also the spot where Alana got down on one knee and popped the question. We've had plenty of good bubbles and good laughs here.

Harbes Family Farm - Mattituck

715 Sound Avenue, Mattituck, NY 11952
, (631) 482-7641

Harbes is not only a Long Island staple but a staple in our house as well. Its tradition that every Fall we stop here for a bottle of wine (or two) before we pick our pumpkins for the year. Our go-to is the 2019 steel-fermented Chardonnay. Just be careful, the first year we went here we had a little too much vino and left with a $200 pumpkin!

Riverhead Ciderhouse

2711 Sound Avenue, Calverton, NY 11933
, (631) 591-0217

If hard cider is your thing, look no further. We love it here. Always a good spot for some bev's and some games. Giant Jenga is our personal favorite.

Love Lane Kitchen

240 Love Lane, Mattituck, NY 11952
, (631) 298-8989

Calling all brunch lovers...this spot is a must. Especially if you love a boozy brunch like we do! Conveniently nestled right in the center of Love Lane surrounded by a variety of markets and shops to peruse.

The Shoppes at East Wind

5768 New York 25A, Wading River, NY 11792
, (631) 929-3500

Cute cluster of shops, perfect for some retail therapy while supporting some local merchants!

Jedediah Hawkins Inn

400 South Jamesport Avenue, Riverhead, NY 11901
, (631) 722-2900

This boutique hotel and restaurant is truly one-of-a-kind. The restaurant pays tribute to the North Fork’s agricultural bounty and acclaimed wines and micro brews. After enjoying some farm-to-table goodies make sure to go downstairs and have a bev in the speakeasy. Some claim that Jedediah Hawkins was an abolitionist and the house was a stop on the Underground Railroad. Some claim that Jedediah was a gunrunner. There are unexplained secret passages and trapdoors, which lend support to the stories...
