When should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask that you RSVP by June 1, 2025, so we can give our guests & those helping us plan the best possible experience!

Answer

We're registered to receive gifts from Amazon, Anthropologie, CB2, and more right here on Zola. Please see the "Registry" tab for all direct links.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Whatever you choose, we can't wait to see you all dressed up!

Can I bring a date?

We kindly ask that you only bring a plus one if indicated on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We think this is the perfect parent's night out! Although we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event unless otherwise stated.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Our venue is extremely accommodating when it comes to food allergies. You will have the opportunity to share your sensitivities with us when you receive your formal RSVP.

What transportation/parking should I plan for?

Answer

Guests should plan to travel from the ceremony site (St. James Church in Johnson City, NY) to the reception site (The Lookout at Hope Lake in Cortland, NY), which is an approximately 40-minute drive. All guests should park at the lodge where a complimentary shuttle will take them to and from their vehicles and the reception. Vendors and handicapped guests may park at the reception site.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors while the cocktail hour will be held outdoors under a covered patio giving guests the option to enjoy the sun (🤞) or stay shaded.
