Any of the New York area airports -- LaGuardia, Newark and JFK -- are easily accessible to/from NYC.
We have reserved hotel blocks at two hotels in NYC. Both are conveniently located to anywhere you want to go in/around NYC and of course all wedding festivities.
Another convenient option is the W Union Square, however it is more expensive and therefore we did not reserve a hotel block there.
