How we met
We clicked at our boss’ work wedding reception on August 1, 2019. Then 3 days later he slid into my DM’S. 😏
First Date
August 9, 2019 Brandon loves scary movies, so he suggested they go see Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark at the theatre together. Fun fact Alana hates scary movies, so you know she really liked him. From there they kept dating and watching scary movies together.
Proposal
November 14, 2020 We decided to go look at cats to adopt. Brandon had an allergic reaction to the kitten we wanted to adopt. We decided not to have any cats and we were distraught about it. When we got back to the hotel, Brandon got down on one knee and said, "I know this weekend has not gone as planned, but I know I want to spend the rest of my life with you." Alana cried and joyously said yes. Later on we learned that our family puppy Fenrir was born that same day.
