We invite you to arrive around 2:00 PM to allow time for easy parking and to mingle with friends, family, and members of the wedding party before the festivities begin. A hot beverage table will be waiting for you, stocked with coffee, hot chocolate, and a selection of teas to help warm the spirit as the celebration gets underway. Guests who will be staying the night are warmly encouraged to set up their tents upon arrival, allowing plenty of time to get comfortable before the festivities unfold.
3:00 pm
Our ceremony will take place out on the Price family field, a lovely stretch of countryside where the ground is a little uneven but the scenery is well worth the short stroll. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes and bringing a jacket, just in case the breeze decides to join the celebration. Guests who would prefer a lift are warmly invited to check in with the Father of the Bride upon arrival, who will gladly provide a ride out to the ceremony location.
4:00 pm
An open bar will be flowing for the celebration, with hard alcohol, beer, and ciders available for guests to enjoy. If your heart is set on a particular drink, feel free to bring along your favorite beverage. A friendly reminder: the bar will be unattended, so we kindly ask that parents keep watch over their little ones as the evening unfolds.
4:30 pm
Dinner will be graciously prepared by Pat E Mac BBQ and will include: Slow-smoked brisket, a local favorite Pat’s signature BBQ chicken Dinner rolls or cornbread Creamy garlic mashed potatoes Homestyle macaroni & cheese Kaleslaw
5:30 pm
Once the music begins, we invite you to take the floor and dance the night away.
