We met in high school, back when life was a little simpler and the future felt very far away. What started as a friendship quickly turned into something more, and before we knew it, we were inseparable. Through high school graduation, college, big dreams, and everyday moments, we grew up side by side - learning who we were, both individually and together. Over the past ten years, our relationship has grown in the most meaningful ways. We’ve supported each other through milestones and challenges, celebrated countless memories, and built a life rooted in love, laughter, and partnership. What began as a teenage love has become something deeper and stronger than we ever imagined. Now, after a decade together, we’re so excited to take the next step and begin this new chapter as husband and wife. We can’t wait to celebrate with the family and friends who have been part of our journey from the very beginning and who have helped shape our story along the way.
Bobby planned a day I’ll never forget. He arranged a private flight from Cleveland to Catawba Island, and during the flight we circled over our hometown - the place where it all began. Seeing it from above, especially flying over my childhood home, was incredibly meaningful and will forever be one of my favorite memories. It felt like a true full-circle moment, reflecting how far we’ve come and the life we’ve built together. After landing on Catawba Island, Bobby finally popped the question and of course, I said yes! What made the moment even more special was realizing that our close family was there to celebrate with us. To my complete surprise, Bobby had also planned a celebration with some of our closest family and friends to continue celebrating such an unforgettable day and the beginning of this next chapter.
