How can I book accommodations?

Answer

Please visit the Travel tab to book your stay or call the number listed for the hotel and mention the Mesmer Barbosa Wedding to secure a discounted rate. Guests will only need to book accomodations October 3rd through October 4th, if deciding to stay. If the hotel you are inquiring with informs you the room block has been filled - please contact us so more rooms can be added to our reservation!

Will transportation to the reception be provided?

Answer

Yes! If you are staying at The Element or The W, there will be a Trolley providing transportation to and from our reception. Our wedding trolley schedule will be updated closer to the wedding. If you are staying at The Cambria, no transportation is needed - you will be right next to The Lucy!

Can I drive to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be a parking attendant positioned at 4th & Vine who will be directing cars on where to park. You will be directed to one of two parking lots: the Camitta Bros Parking lot situated on the NW corner of 4th & Vine or to St Augustine's parking lot directly next door to the church.

Yes, there will be complimentary valet parking at The Lucy.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be a Black Tie affair - we want you to feel your best during our special day and dress to the nines! What is Black Tie? Men can wear dark colored suits and a tie or tuxedos. Women can wear floor length gowns, formal cocktail dresses, or formal jumpsuits.

Answer

Yes- Please visit the "Things to do" tab for more information! Recommendations for The Loch Bar, Attico Rooftop, or The Library / Wet Bar at The W are all great options for a pre-reception cocktail!

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event. We hope this advance notice means you’re able to take a night for yourself and dance the night away!
