Can I bring a plus one or a date?
Answer
Due to limited seating, only those addressed on the invitation may attend.

Will there be kids?
Answer
Although we love your little ones, this will be an adult-only event. We hope this gives everyone the opportunity to relax and enjoy the evening!

What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code is semi-formal. We can’t wait to see you all dressed up!

Will transportation be provided from the hotel?
Answer
Yes! A shuttle service will be provided from the hotel to the venue and vice versa. The shuttles will make two runs to the venue - at approximately 4:00 and 4:30. The shuttle service will make a few early runs back to the hotel, and a final run at approximately 10:00.

Will there be parking available at the venue?
Answer
Yes! Please follow the parking signage when you enter the grounds.

When can guests arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will start at 5:00 sharp. We kindly ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes before the start of the ceremony so that you have time for parking and finding a seat. If you do not arrive on time, please do not disrupt the ceremony.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will take place outside behind the venue. The reception will take place inside, at the same site as the ceremony. In the case of rain, the ceremony will be moved inside.

Can I take pictures or record during the ceremony?
Answer
We understand that you are excited for this moment, as we are as well. We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning we are requesting you to be fully present during our ceremony, and kindly turn off all cell phones and/or cameras to enjoy this moment with us. We will have professional photographers and videographers to capture our evening. But feel free to take as many as you want during the reception! We promise to share ceremony photos once they are sent to us.
