Due to current circumstances, we have made the very difficult decision to postpone our wedding day until October 8, 2021. The health and safety of all of our guest is the most important to us and we want everyone to be able to celebrate our day as we have always imagined. We are very disappointed to have to make this decision but we are looking forward to celebrating with everyone next year. Make sure to bring your dancing shoes because we will be ready to PARTY!

From the early days of their relationship, Alaina had been asking to go horseback riding. Finally, for Alaina’s 25th birthday, Riley promised to take her. They decided on June 15th, but little did Alaina know this would be a lot more than just a horseback ride. June 15th arrived and Riley was as calm as a cucumber, he was not going to give anything away. The two got ready and headed to Maybury State Park to check something off of their bucket list. When they finished up their ride (about 30 minutes ahead of schedule), Riley suggested they go for a walk around the pond in the state park. Riley had to stall the walk, as their friend was not in position yet to capture the moment. However, Alaina was eager to get home since she had planned for friends to come over that evening. Riley got the OK and walked Alaina down to the end of the dock to take a look at the pond. After a few minutes, Riley said “Well” and got down on one knee. Alaina was shocked, not believing that the moment was really happening, all she could ask was “What are you doing?” After a could more “what are you doing?'s", Riley replied “You know what I am doing, Will you Marry Me?” And the rest is history!
We are so excited to share our big day with our closest family and friends that mean so much to us. We can’t wait to see everyone this October!
