The airport in Durango is small, yet convenient! The easiest way to arrive into the heart of Durango from out of state would be to fly into Durango and either rent a car at the airport or order an Uber into town. Additionally, if you opt to book your stay with the DoubleTree Hotel they do offer complimentary airport shuttle services.

Great option to stay if you are looking for a hotel that is in the heart of downtown. Walking distance to all shops and restaurants. This location leads you right to the Animas River Trail.

Another great hotel option in Durango! This is a newly built hotel located down town. Also situated a hop and a skip from the Animas River Trail and would be a lovely location to spend your weekend and enjoy all Durango has to offer. Unfortunately, they do not offer an airport shuttle service.

Adventure Inn would be a great choice for a more affordable stay option. This recently renovated Outdoor Motel gives off a southwest feel with back door access to Animas Mountain Trail--where we love to run with our pups. Do note that this motel is located on North Main and would likely require you to drive to downtown. On the flip side, it is slightly closer to the wedding venue.

House Or Rental
Another option that many are familiar with would be to simply rent an Airbnb in the Durango area for the weekend. There are many options! However, with end of June being near peak tourist season, we'd recommend securing a rental as soon as possible.
