We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for this special occasion. Dress code is semi-formal. For the ladies, a dress. For the gentlemen, a suite and tie. No jeans please!
Ideally, as soon as you can! We ask that you RSVP no later than April 23, 2025. If you are unable to attend, we will miss you! In this case, please still RSVP so that we can properly prepare for the number of guests attending.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests who have been formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
For the ceremony at St. Charles, there is ample parking in the church parking lot. For the reception, there is some street parking available. If you are not planning on driving home/to the hotel, we would recommend using Uber or Lyft. Other parking options can be found under the Travel tab on our website.
Due to the unpredictable weather of May in Wisconsin, the ceremony and the reception will both be hosted indoors.
Yes! During cocktail hour there will be an open bar including cocktails, wine and beer. Once dinner has started, the open bar will transition to wine and beer. However, other cocktails will still be available for purchase!
We have the venue booked until 11:00 pm. If you want to keep partying at this time, there are plenty of bars that are a short Uber ride from the venue including Boone and Crocket and Steny's.
Absolutely! If you have a dietary restriction, please indicate this when you RSVP. We will do our best to accomodate.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accomodate you if you RSVP after April 23, 2025. While we wish we could accept late RSVP's, we will need to provide our vendors with exact guest counts by a certain date. While we will do our best to send out reminders, please do your best to RSVP as soon as possible.
We ask that our guests arrive no later than 20 minutes before the ceremony. With the ceremony starting at 3:00 pm, this would mean arriving no later than 2:40 pm. This gives you plenty of time to park, find a seat and settle in before the ceremony begins.
We would love for you to share this special moment with us and take this opportunity to be fully present. While we appreciate you wanting to capture the moment, we have a photographer who will be taking photos for us throughout the ceremony. We encourage you to take photos and videos at our reception, but please put away your phones and cameras during our ceremony.
Yes! We have booked a hotel block, with a limited number of rooms, at Courtyard Milwaukee Downtown by Marriott. If we run out of rooms in the block when you are trying to book, Michael and I would be happy to recommend some other hotel options. There was limited availability at hotels in the area due to the holiday, so if you are wanting to book a room, please try to book as soon as possible.
If you reserved a room in the hotel block, they unfortunately do not allow early check in. Check in will be firmly at 4:00 pm. If you reserved a hotel room for one night, we would recommend stopping on the way to cocktail hour to check in and drop off your luggage.
