What should I wear?

Answer

We are calling out dress code "Outdoor, Summer Casual" Please keep in mind the weather when getting ready for the wedding- as our ceremony and reception will both be held outdoors. In addition, Navarra Gardens is nestled in the shade of a forested area so the venue may be chillier than the surrounding weather.

What's the parking situation?

Answer

At the venue there will be plenty of parking! Once you are close, you will see signs that will direct you to the parking field.

Question

I'm staying at Spirit Mountain- will there be a shuttling service?

Answer

Yes! If you have decided to stay at Spirit Mountain there will be a shuttling service available. For this, you will call the lodge an hour and a half before the wedding to schedule the shuttle for pickup. Then, half an hour before the reception is over, you can call to be shuttled back. Spirit Mountain's shuttles hold ten people at a time, so please talk with other guests to optimize this service.

Can I bring a "plus one"?

Answer

We both desire to have an intimate celebration with only our closest family and friends. As a result, we have kept our invitations very limited. If your RSVP includes a plus one, feel free to bring someone. However, if it does not, please refrain from doing so.

Will there be food and drink at the reception?

Answer

If you know us, you know that there will be plenty of food and drink to go around! Current plans are for the reception to be catered by Busters BBQ and wedding pie made by Autumn Loescher. We will also have beer and wine!

Will there be music?

Answer

Yes! We will have a DJ-- so be prepared for an evening of dancing!

Do I have to make monetary gifts through Zola?

Answer

Not at all! We have this option here for convenience, but please do not feel required to gift through the site.
