FAQs

The Wedding Website of Alaina Doklovic and Jonathan London
Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The doors to our venue will open at 4:00 pm. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the official ceremony starts at 4:30 pm so you can settle before the proceedings.

Question

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, while the reception will mostly occur indoors. During cocktail hour, we will have a bar located outside the reception space for you to get drinks. During the reception, guests will primarily be indoors with the option for outdoor games.

Question

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

If you're staying at the hotel, we may have a shuttle providing transportation to and from the venue at various times. Right now, this decision will be based on availability/interest.

Question

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be plenty of parking available at Aspen & Alston. The parking lot is on grass. Carpooling is always encouraged, especially if you plan on drinking or driving a long distance to and from the venue.

Question

Can I bring my kids or a plus one?

Answer

When you enter your name on the RSVP page, you will see any additional children or guests we've included on your invitation.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Garden party attire: a balance between semi-formal and cocktail, this attire includes sundresses, floral prints, suits in lighter hues, and lightweight fabrics. We would love to have some bright, fun summer colors. While this attire is preferred, please come as you are. We are just happy to have you there! Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! You may opt to bring cash to tip our bartenders.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you refrain from using your phones during the ceremony as this will be an unplugged ceremony. We are hiring a phenomenal photographer to capture plenty of amazing pictures during the ceremony and we would be happy to share these with you afterwards. Feel free to take pictures before and after the ceremony, during cocktail hour, and throughout the reception. Don't forget to share them using the QR code!
