Cocktail Dress / Semi-formal wear (keep in mind it will be quite hot, and the ceremony is outside)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

You're welcome to arrive around 3:30pm while we put together the finishing touches. Take a walk around the garden and check out John and Alaina's brick by the Lorelei statue! Waters will be available in the gazebo.

What time should I arrive at the reception?

Answer

You're welcome to arrive at the Art Alliance any time after 5:00 pm. Refreshments and Cocktail hour will also begin at this time. Please come and chat, relax and enjoy the company. Taco bar will open around 6:30 pm. Bring your dancing shoes as music will play from 7:00PM-10:00PM

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No. The bride and groom will not be providing transportation to and from venues. They recommend a 6-minute rideshare using Uber or Lyft. If you can, carpool! Parking at the ceremony is limited. Thank you for your understanding.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking for the ceremony is very limited, so please carpool, Lyft or Uber if possible to the ceremony. Reception parking is spacious.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

The wedding will be catered by Moe's Southwest Grill. If you have personal considerations, there is a plethora of great food in Fort Myers for a quick bite before attending the reception.
