Located just south of Kalamazoo, our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at R&R Weddings and Events located in Vicksburg, Michigan.

For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved at Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott in Kalamazoo, MI. Please note, the block has been filled and rooms are no longer available as of 9/2/2023. 

Hotel check-in is 3:00pm and checkout is 12:00pm (noon).

3:45pm - Shuttle departs from Fairfield Inn & Suites to Venue

9:00pm - First shuttle departs from Venue to Hotel

10:00pm - Second shuttle departs from Venue to Hotel

11:00pm - Last shuttle departs from Venue to Hotel

For the safety of our friends and family, we encourage that the shuttle be utilized if consuming alcohol. Vehicles may be left at the venue space overnight but must be removed by 10:00am the following morning. If your vehicle is not removed by this time, it will be towed at the owners' expense.
