Question

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception are at St. Andrew’s Golf and Country Club, located at 2241 Illinois Rte 59, West Chicago, IL 60185. The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors. Plenty of parking is available onsite at no cost.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm, so please plan to arrive by 4:15pm.

Will there be a shuttle from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle provided to get you from the hotel (Hilton Garden Inn St. Charles) to the venue and then again in the evening to get you from the venue back to the hotel. The shuttle will run continuous loops beginning at 3:00pm, with the last shuttle leaving the hotel around 4:00pm. At the end of the evening, the shuttle will be available from 10:30pm to 12:00am to take guests back to the hotel.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Short answer, yes. There will be a 1 hour gap between the ceremony and cocktail hour for the bride, groom, wedding party, and immediate family to take pictures. During this time, there will be free beer, wine, and pop available at the main bar. For the cocktail hour and the reception, we will have a full open bar.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, we have a semi-formal dress code. We suggest that men wear a suit or sport coat and tie. Women are encouraged to wear semi-formal or cocktail dresses. Please no jeans or shorts.

You must RSVP by May 13th, 2026.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We would like to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. Therefore we will only be able to accommodate guests that are formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, kids addressed on your invitation are welcome! There are kids meals available for those under the age of 12.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at a hotel?

Answer

Yes! We are registered at Amazon, Crate and Barrel, and Macy’s. You can find our registry directly on Zola or each stores website.
