This is about a 10-minute drive from our venue and we'll be coordinating transportation to/from the Wedding/After Party! There are a limited number of rooms and the discount code will not be valid after 8/31/23. 4:30pm – First shuttle leaves to Roundhouse. 5:00pm – Final Shuttle leaves to Round House. Ceremony officially starts at 5:30pm. 10:00pm to 1:00am – The Shuttles will make multiple post-event return trips from the venue back to the Hyatt House & SpringHill Suites can on an "as needed" basis, continuing until 1:30am.

Located in downtown Beacon within walking distance of the Metro-North train line and nestled amongst numerous shops, galleries, restaurants & hiking trails. About a 20-minute walk and a 5-minute drive from The Roundhouse. Room blocks aren't available at this hotel and bookings open six months in advance.

If you're interested in staying at an airbnb, we suggest booking no later than six months in advance as this is a popular time for weddings/to visit Upstate New York.

Train
It's a 1 hr 30 min train drive from Grand Central to Beacon Train Station, which is located at the end of town. From there, it's a 7 min drive to The Roundhouse and a 10 min drive to Fishkill (where the Hyatt and Marriott are located).
