Zoe is our personal travel agent to assist in booking your travel accommodations! She works for Antor Travel Agency in Michigan. We have a room block at Dreams Sands Cancun Resort & Spa to accommodate our wedding party! Please book your stay through her so that we can ensure we receive our group amenities/discounts. You can choose to book flights through her or on your own! Transfers will be included in your resort reservation. YES! Please note that the deadline to book your stay is June 15th, 2026. After this deadline the booking portal will close and you can no longer book under our wedding. This does not mean that you are required to have your stay paid off by this time, but some sort of deposit is required at this time to confirm that you are staying with our wedding guests. If you have any questions about this, please reach out to Connor, Alaina, or Zoe (travel agent) asap!
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate those who are formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one it will appear on your invitation. Our dream is to have an intimate wedding with the people we love and those who have supported us throughout our lives and relationship. Thank you for understanding!
We will be providing transportation to and from the wedding venue. Shuttles will pick up guest from the resort promptly at 3:00 pm so please don't be late! Look out for the Mason-Herrera sign to ensure you’re with the correct group! You can find more information under the "travel" tab in our website.
While we love your little ones, we are having a children free night with the exception of our flower girls. No child under the age of 14 will be attending the wedding. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

It's advisable to book international flights 6 months in advance to secure the best deals. Don't forget your passport! Please double check to ensure your passport does not expire 6 months before November 2026 as you will not be permitted to travel 6 months remaining of an expiration date. Passports can take up to 3 months to arrive so please update or apply for a passport!

🤍🛥️ We ask that everyone wear white! Ladies, bring your best dress/cover up! Men, bring out your button up shirts and shorts! The boat will take us to a spot where we will hangout, enjoy drinks, & music, so swimming will be optional at that time! Bring your suits or wear your suit under your clothes & we’d love to keep the all white theme going with swim suits! If you have any questions about this, contact Alaina or Connor!
