Welcome Cocktail Reception

Semi-formal attire.

After you arrive in the area, please join us for light passed hors d'oeuvres and a cocktail (or two)! Note that we will be in the courtyard / barrel room area.

Our Wedding

4:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Semi-formal or formal attire.

We would like guests to begin arriving around 4pm (shuttle details below). The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. Cocktail hour and light passed hors d'oeuvres to begin immediately following the ceremony. Followed by an adults only reception where dinner will be served family style. Shuttles to the venue will arrive at Ponte Vineyard Inn at 3:30pm and at South Coast Winery at 3:40pm. Following the reception, shuttles will depart the venue around 10:00pm stopping first at South Coast Winery followed by Ponte Vineyard Inn. For those interested in continuing their merriment, a dedicated shuttle will be available to take guests to Old Town after the hotel drop-offs. Please also keep in mind that there is a lounge at Ponte Vineyard Inn called "The Cellar" that is open until midnight. We cannot wait to celebrate with you!
