Flight

Newark or Philadelphia

Flights into Philadelphia (PHL) or Newark (EWR) are going to be the easiest airports to travel through and both have about an hour and 15 minute drive into New Hope. We recommend flying in either Saturday or Sunday and flying out Monday afternoon/evening.

There's a hotel on site at our venue, a perfect option for guests who are only staying 1 night on Sunday after the wedding! We definitely encourage guests to stay right on property after the reception instead of driving home that night. Please use the link below to book your room or suite the night of the wedding!

Shuttle

Shuttle from Hotels

Shuttle Schedule Before the wedding 4:30 PM : Shuttle departs from Homewood Inn and Suites to the venue 5:00 PM: Shuttle departs from New Hope Inn and Suites to the venue After the wedding: Shuttles will be running continuously every half hour between 10 PM and 12 AM. Please note: If you are staying for the after party, one shuttle will depart at 11:45 PM and the other will depart at 12 AM when the after party ends to ensure all guests get back to their hotels safely.

Uber & Lyft

If you are planning to use Uber or Lyft for weekend wedding transportation, we highly recommend scheduling them ahead of time! Access to cars can be limited in New Hope, and with the holiday weekend, we anticipate a higher demand with the possibility of longer wait times or no available rides.

Guests can call in directly at 215-343-1300 and mention the dates/wedding party or use the link below that inputs the group code WSC. This can also be entered manually on the Hilton website under special rates if it does not show. The release date for the block is 4/23/26. After this date, the link will no longer work. Rate is still honored for those that call directly, but on a first come first serve basis with any availability that remains.
