Welcome Party

7:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Dressy Casual / Cocktail Attire

To help you plan your travels, our welcome party will be a relaxed gathering held at the beginning of the wedding weekend, giving all our guests a chance to mingle, enjoy some refreshments and lite bites, & kick off the celebration with our families and friends. Please note, for your convenience, this venue is located within The Westshore Grand, one of our preferred hotel options located on the Travel tab. Parking: Guests may park in the Urban 1 Parking Garage at the back of the building on floors 4-7. Take the elevator right up to Centre Club from the Garage.

Wedding (Ceremony + Reception)

5:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Formal / Black Tie Optional

We kindly ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes early to ensure our ceremony can begin at 5pm as scheduled. Complimentary parking is available for the duration of the evening. We ask that all electronics are turned off during the ceremony.

Farewell Brunch

9:00 am - 11:30 am

Casual Attire

We'd love to have a chance to see you before the celebrations conclude. Buffet brunch options will be available in a private room; come by any time during the timeframe. Parking: Guests may park in the Urban 1 Parking Garage at the back of the building on floors 4-7. Take the elevator right up to Centre Club from the Garage.
