FAQs

Question

Can I bring a guest or plus one?

Answer

Our wedding is strictly invitation only. If you have a plus one indicated on your formal invitation, then you are welcome to bring a plus one! Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate other extra guests due to venue capacity.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Although we adore your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event. The only exception will be the little ones in our bridal party. We hope you understand and enjoy the night off!

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The weather in Tampa, FL for December is typically sunny, with an average high of 73°F and an average low of 57°F. We recommend bringing a light jacket for the outdoor cocktail hour to stay comfortable as the evening cools down.

Question

Will we be outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, while the reception will be held indoors. We recommend dressing accordingly to ensure your comfort throughout the day!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests arrive before the ceremony start time. To ensure you have plenty of time to park and get settled, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early.

Question

Where can I park?

Answer

Parking is conveniently available at the venue: Valet Parking: $45.00 for overnight parking OR Self-Parking: Located at the Fort Brooke Garage Rates:$2 for the first hour $3 for each additional hour Daily Max: $15 The garage is connected to the hotel by an indoor walking bridge. Address: 107 N Franklin St, Tampa, FL

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with you, and we’d love for everyone to join us in dressing to impress! The dress code is semi-formal. While tuxedos are not required, we kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing WHITE or DENIM of any color . We can’t wait to see everyone looking fabulous and ready to celebrate! For Men: A sharp, well-fitted blazor (navy, charcoal, or other dark shades) with a dress shirt and tie. A white shirt is perfectly fine! For Women: Cocktail dresses, dressy skirts and tops, or elegant jumpsuits—whatever makes you feel fabulous, just No WHITE please!

Question

Do I need to mail my RSVP?

Answer

Nope! Please use the QR code in your invitation, which will direct you to our wedding website to RSVP. If you have any trouble, just reach out to Alicia or Kenneth, and we’ll be happy to assist you!

Question

When do I need to RSVP?

Answer

We kindly ask that all RSVPs be submitted by October 10, 2025. If you’re unable to attend, we would greatly appreciate it if you could let us know as soon as possible. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as "no" as we must provide final headcount numbers to our vendors shortly thereafter. Thank you for your understanding!

Question

Your Presence is the Best Gift

Answer

Since most of our guests will be traveling from out of town, your presence is all we truly ask for and would mean the world to us! However, if you feel inclined, we do have a registry available on our website.
