Tiffany living in Manchester at the time, had been on several dates via Match.com with little luck. Feeling a bit discouraged she logged on one last time before signing off forever. She found one promising message in her inbox. It was from Bill. With a million things to talk about, they hit it off very quickly. They woke excited for a message from each other every day, until they decided to finally meet in person a month later. Tiffany and Bill met at a wine bar in Pittsford. As soon as she pulled into the parking lot, she learned her roommate was locked out of the house. She had no choice but to ask Bill to hop in her car and take a ride or to wait an hour for her to return. Poor Bill just drove an hour to get there! Luckily, Bill agreed. The two lovingly refer to their first date as the time Tiffany kidnapped Bill. They returned to the restaurant after rescuing Tiffany's roommate and they still spent the night talking until the waiters started stacking chairs. Sharing a passion for each others dreams, video games, table-top board games, travel, thoughtful conversation, and making fun wherever they go, their love grew quickly. Tiffany and Bill maintained a 'long distance' relationship for 1 year before they decided to change things up and move to Austin, TX where they spent almost another 3 years together. The two recently returned to Buffalo, NY to get married and start a family.

While still living in Austin, we spent a nice afternoon of kayaking followed by a walk down a rather unbeaten path on a cliff along the Colorado River to watch the sunset. Peering through the thicket, Bill found a little spot right on the cliffside overlooking the Pennybacker Bridge and scenery occupied by two empty high chairs and a table. It was perfect! It was there that Bill got on one knee and asked for this amazing woman's hand in marriage. "Did you put this here?" She asked referring to the table and chairs. "I wish I thought of that!" Bill replied.
