Answer

Guests should plan to check-in at their respective hotels latest by 2 PM IST on February 19, 2025. This will give them enough time to rest and get ready for the Get twogether party that will begin on the same day at 4:30 PM IST.

Should guests book their own transportation to Jaipur?

Answer

Yes, there are various direct flights and train options that guests can book to arrive in Jaipur. We have outlined a few options in the travel section of the website.

Will guests be provided accommodation during the wedding celebrations?

Answer

Yes, we will be accommodating our immediate family elders at the Ramgarh Lodge and the rest of our family and friends at Dev Mahal or similar per availability. Our event coordinator will reach out to you with more details once you RSVP. Guests can indicate to our event manager if they'd like to accept our arrangements or if they'd like to arrange their own accommodation. Pro tip: In case you are arranging your own accommodation, we have listed a few accommodation options on our website that we like and that you might find helpful.

Will there be airport / train station transfers available for guests?

Answer

Yes, we will be arranging transfers from airport / train station (whichever applicable) to select hotels for guests who have opted to accept our accommodation arrangements. Guests who are arranging their own accommodation can speak to our event coordinator about transportation options, if in doubt.

We will be arranging all transportation to and between venues for guests who have opted to accept our accommodation arrangements, on both Feb 19 and Feb 20, 2025.

Which meals will be provided during the wedding festivities?

Answer

We will be providing guests with high tea, cocktails and dinner during the Feb 19 and Feb 20 wedding festivities. Guests who opt to stay at accommodation provided by us should note that the stay will be inclusive of breakfast.

How should guests RSVP for the wedding celebrations?

Answer

Guests should visit the RSVP section of this website and enter their last name to proceed with RSVPing. If the wedding party of the primary guest includes more than 1 member (spouse / parent / child), their names will show up for selection automatically.

What will the weather be like in Jaipur?

Answer

Guests should dress for warm afternoons, followed by cold, breezy evenings. We recommend that guests carry light layers with them for comfort in the evenings.
