Our story is one that is unique and full of surprises. There was a group on Facebook filled with Nigerians in the diaspora as well as Nigerians in Nigeria. Ada initially was added to the group by her Aunty Chinwe but removed herself. She was re-added and she removed herself again. After a conversation with her mother, she re-entered the group again for the 3rd time. Ada spent all day looking through the chat and Keside's photo was the only one that caught her eye. She decided to go ahead and add him. Keside took his time, however, and he did not accept her friend request invitation immediately. After 2 or 3 days of waiting, Ada "poked" him on Facebook to get his attention. Keside welcomed her with a warm "Hi" and they ended up speaking on the phone that next day for 13 hours straight. They both knew that their newfound friendship would be anything but ordinary. Over the next few months, they learned that they shared the same belief; their families knew each other; and that their life goals aligned. They later met in person on December 14, 2018. Keside greeted Ada at the airport with two containers of her favorite dish "ugba'; a bouquet of fresh flowers; and an armed security escort. It has now become a tradition that Keside gets Ada flowers everytime she flys in or out whenever they are together. They believe their initial connection is one that was divinely orchestrated and since the beginning poke, they have grown further and deeper in Love.
