Puja & Akash

Our story started in 2009, when Akash decided to visit Chicago for the summer. Through mutual friends we met one lovely weekend and began a wonderful friendship. 

Fast forward a few years, Puja cleansed her social media accounts and deleted Akash on every account (whoops). 
(Akash does not let her forget this.)

Despite losing touch, Puja or maybe fate led her to keep him as a friend on Snapchat. Low and behold, he posted a picture of being in North Carolina and Puja, shocked that so many people she knows are moving to the area, decided to put herself out there and reconnect. 

The rest is history. From countless FaceTime dates to trips to Chicago and Chapel Hill and many, many vacations they created an unbreakable bond (or unbreakable vow one might say, insert Harry Potter reference). 

We said our first I Love Yous in Birmingham and said YES to marriage in Charleston. Our relationship has created roots in many places & we cannot wait to celebrate our I Dos in Chicago with you all!
