If we do not receive the RSVP by June 1st, 2025, it will be marked as "No". We will miss you celebrating with us; however, we have to provide our total headcount to the venue on time. Due to these guidelines, we cannot accept late RSVPs.

If you would like to purchase Indian attire for the events, it is not required but is completely optional. Guests can check in starting at 4:00 PM on Friday July 31st, 2026. Ladies, if you need to for Sangeet definitely try and have your make up done in the car. 🤭

Your presence will surely be missed. Please RSVP "Decline". If you have RSVP'd attending but find that you can no longer make it, please update your response in a timely manner.

Yes, a daily resort fee is applied to each room to provide enhanced services and amenities.

Valet parking is available for guests, and the hotel also offers other parking options, with temporary parking available at the lobby entrance. *The Fee has been waived for Guest attending the wedding*

Your furry friends are welcome at Hyatt Place Chesapeake/Greenbrier. All pets must be housebroken. There is a fee in place to bring them. Pets exceeding the weight limit are at the hotel's discretion.

Kids are only invited to the events if their names are listed on the invitation. If you are unclear on which events your children are invited please reach out to Nidhi or Akash.

We do not have a traditional registry! Your presence is the biggest gift we can ask for. Should you wish to bless us with something more, we would appreciate it if you brought cash, a check, or Zelle to one of us! We kindly request no boxed gifts.
