Shea and Anurag’s love story teed off on August 8, 2023, at Top Golf in Atlanta, GA - and let’s just say, it was love at first swing. Anurag showed up ready to impress with his golf moves, but little did he know, Shea had a few tricks (and a killer swing) up her flowery-sleeved dress. As the former captain of her high school golf team, she stepped up, swung with ease, and sent the ball soaring - leaving Anurag wide-eyed and jaw-dropped before he burst into laughter. And that giggle? It was the sweetest sound Shea had ever heard. She turned to see his bright smile, and in that moment, she felt her heart melt. Right then and there, they both knew - something truly special had begun.

The night before, a soft snowstorm turned Atlanta into a winter wonderland. Anurag had a plan - a cozy dinner at The Melting Pot (also known as the land of cheese and chocolate dreams), where he’d pop the question. Shea eyed the icy roads and raised an eyebrow. “It’s pretty bad out there… Can we go tomorrow?” But Anurag, determined, pulled out his best puppy-dog eyes. “Pleaaaase? I reallllly want fondue tonight.” With a reluctant grin and a resigned sigh, Shea caved. “Fine, but we have to be back before dark. We are not risking our lives for cheese!” Once at the restaurant, Anurag guided Shea to a familiar little booth tucked away in the back- the same cozy spot where they’d once shared a sweet date. As they dipped bread into the delicious fondue, their waiter arrived with the next course. Right then, Anurag asked the waiter if he could snap a quick photo of them. Shea scooted in the booth with a smile… only to turn and find Anurag on one knee. The waiter, clearly a proposal pro, seamlessly switched from photo to video and captured the magic as it happened.
