Dear families and friends,
For the health concerns of all our attending guests, we would need to ask you to meet one of the following requirements before our wedding.
1.) A negative PCR COVID test within 72 hours of the event. Wedding venue will need to keep the copy of the test result.
OR
2.) FDA-approved Antigen test (RAPID) within 6 hours prior to the event. Wedding venue will need to keep the copy of the test result.
OR
3.) Have completed shot(s) of the vaccine at least 14 days prior to the event.
And a copy of proof must be presented with a valid ID.
• Mask must be worn.
• Guests will be temperature checked and need to sign in at the front desk.
