Drew had planned out the perfect at home engagement for weeks. All of our friends and family knew it was happening, except for Jacqueline. On Sunday morning, Drew and our pup, Lucy, woke up very early to set up the entire proposal. When Jacqueline woke up, she opened their bedroom door to find rose petals scattered all down the hall and stairs, candles everywhere and the song Dressed Up in White by Cal playing in the background. As she followed the rose petals down the stairs, she saw Drew was standing in the middle of heart made of rose petals with Lucy by his side. Lucy was wearing a sign that said “Will you marry my dad?”. Although Jacqueline couldnt articulate any words, her nodding solidified the yes! BEST DAY EVER!
